All items remain the property of “Superior Aussie Trailers & Spare” Trading as “Superior Trailers”, until paid in full and funds are cleared into company account All Credit Card transactions (Visa and Mastercard) attract a 2% Bank Credit Card Surcharge Purchaser are required to deposit 25% of the total balance, as a show of commitment to their purchase order, and to initiate the job build and registration process for the item invoiced. No trailer will be built without a deposit to confirm the client’s receipt, and scrutiny, of a satisfactorily itemised invoice of: 1.Model and Specifications 2.Accessories 3.Modifications 4.Upgrades 5.Registration requirements (State and Time Frame) 6.Expected delivery date and location Loss or damage in transit by third party carriers is at buyers risk No returns or discrepancies will be accepted once collected from our factory, either by the client or their agent. All reasonable attempts will be made to remedy discrepancies, or incorrect fittings immediately before collection, or within a suitably reasonable time-frame. Freight must be pre-paid on any authorised returns. Unauthorised goods returns will not be received from the carrier. Cancellation or refund of order post deposit will incur 10% of total balance to be with-held from the deposit to cover admin and parts costs. Superior Trailers reserve the right to refuse to supply any customer, at any time, for abusive, racist or intimidating behaviour, excessive foul language or ‘unreasonable conduct’, not excluding social media abuse, or slander, and reserve the right to seek satisfaction in the Magistrates Courts for any hostile acts against the company, its Directors, or its Employees, at our discretion. Refund enacted for cancellation at our volition, will be a 100% refund of deposit balance, and the decision final to refuse that client. In any unresolvable situations, the client should be respectfully advised, in good faith, to take the matter to the QLD Office of Fair Trade, and have the matter be given to the independent assessment and consideration of the department.
Warranty
Trailers: Superior Trailers warrants that, subject to the limitations and exclusions below, all parts of our manufacture or assembly of the Box Trailers are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of: Trailer - 12 months  from the date of purchase. Any shortcomings in the original material or manufacture will be corrected without charge to the original purchaser for parts and labour incurred in that rectification. If work under this warranty is required, the purchaser should immediately contact the closest authorized Superior Trailers Dealership or directly to the head-office to where the unit is located or the selling Dealer to make arrangements for the repairs. The warranty is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser if the Box Trailer is sold by the original purchaser during the warranty period. Your Superior Trailer comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The benefits within our Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to this product. This warranty does not apply if the damage occurs because of: •Accident, •Fair wear & tear, •Misuse, neglect or abuse, •Storm damage or other acts of Nature, •Unauthorised repairs made or attempted. Should a warranty claim become necessary during the warranty period then the product should be returned to the place of purchase or the nearest Superior Trailers authorised dealer. The warranty covers the original Box Trailer only. It does not cover the following items: •Appliances and equipment which are not manufactured or supplied by Superior Trailers are covered by the warranty of such items for the term offered by the manufacturer of such items. •Any defect resulting from overloading, misuse, negligence, accident or other cause beyond the direct control of Superior Trailers. •Any defect resulting from fitting or installation of any accessories or options after the box trailer has left the premises of Superior Trailers. •Any consequential damages or repair work necessitated due to continued usage or towing after a defect has, or should have, become apparent to the purchaser or user. •Any accommodation or re-location expenses including fuel/freight. Loss of earnings or rents or other costs incurred before or whilst repairs under this warranty are being affected. General Consumables: (e.g. bearings, light bulbs etc) NOTE: This manufacturer warranty does not cover general consumable parts on the Camper Trailer and rust on any painted surfaces of the trailer or any of its components. (E.g. axles, springs, couplings and jockey wheels.) Transit: Superior Trailers is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit; however we are happy to help in resolving shipping issues if reported to us within 12 hours of delivery
